NEUNUNDNEUNZIG is a duo from Austria that emerged in 2022 from a well-kept underground secret tip into a rising indie act, all without any real public presence. Behind the pseudonyms Nicki Papa, Saiya Tiaw, Danzinger 99 and Amandus 99 are musicians Ilja Danzinger and Leonidas Braith, who appear only fleetingly in grainy Super-8 videos, their voices drifting over hazy, washed-out synth productions.
