The Porcupines

The Porcupines are a garage punk trio from Monheim am Rhein: Onno Calzone (vocals, guitar), Nisi (bass, vocals) and Willie (drums, vocals). They started out as a rockabilly trio and landed on the cassette sampler "Metropolis 89" as seventeen-year-olds; a first record deal with Mental Disorder Records followed in 1993, and the EP "Tie Me Loose" shortly after.
