Tröjan is a heavy metal band from Wigan, England, founded in 1982 by guitarist Pete Wadeson. Part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, the band blends driving NWOBHM riffs with speed and power metal influences, fast solos and melodic guitar work. Their 1985 album "Chasing the Storm" is widely regarded as a genre classic.
