DragonForce Recruit Alissa White-Gluz — Arch Enemy Bring Her Successor to Cologne
Power metal just got its biggest headline of the year: DragonForce announced on May 6, 2026 that Alissa White-Gluz has joined as new co-lead vocalist alongside Marc Hudson. The Canadian made her live debut three days later at Welcome to Rockville in Florida — Hudson had to sit out due to ongoing hearing issues.
From Arch Enemy Exit to DragonForce Rebirth
White-Gluz was replaced at Arch Enemy in February 2026 by former Once Human frontwoman Lauren Hart. Alissa had announced her own new project Blue Medusa in the meantime — now sidelined in favor of DragonForce. With DragonForce she'll share lead vocals with Hudson; the band states the duo will set "new musical impulses".
