Frozen Soul Unveil Chilling New Album Concept

Frozen Soul from Fort Worth, Texas have announced their third album "No Place of Warmth" — dropping May 8, 2026 via Century Media Records. The big surprise: the title track features none other than Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. Yes, you read that right. Additional guest spots come from Machine Head ("Invoke War") and Sanguisugabogg ("Dreadnought").

Current single "Deathweaver" offers a taste of the album's icy brutality: 11 tracks pushing the band's heavy, Bolt Thrower-inspired sound forward. Since their debut "Crypt of Ice" (2021), Frozen Soul have established themselves as one of the most exciting young death metal bands around — and the Gerard Way feature should bring them attention well beyond the scene.

CD and vinyl available for pre-order at EMP and Impericon.
