Geese: Brooklyn's Post-Punk Sensation Brings "Getting Killed" Tour to Cologne

Geese What started as a basement project among high school friends in Brooklyn has become one of the most exciting bands in today's indie scene: Geese, fronted by Cameron Winter, are bringing their "Getting Killed" World Tour to NRW.

March 18 at Die Kantine Cologne

Their fourth album Getting Killed, released September 2025 on Partisan Records, catapulted the band to the top tier: a Metacritic score of 89 ("Universal Acclaim"), named Album of the Year by The New Yorker and Stereogum. The blend of post-punk, art rock, and experimental indie that Geese have perfected since forming in 2016 reaches its peak here.

As a quartet – following guitarist Foster Hudson's departure in late 2023 – Winter, Emily Green (guitar), Dominic DiGesu (bass), and Max Bassin (drums) sound more focused and intense than ever. They're joined live by keyboardist Sam Revaz.

The "Getting Killed" Tour Crosses Europe

German dates on the tour include Munich (March 12), Berlin (March 15), Hamburg (March 16), and Cologne on March 18 at Die Kantine. Summer brings festival appearances at Osheaga, Way Out West, Flow Festival, and Lowlands.

If you want to understand the hype, you need to see this band live.
