Doro Pesch, known simply as Doro, is a German heavy metal singer from Düsseldorf, West Germany. She rose to fame as the frontwoman of the heavy metal band Warlock, formed in 1982, and after the band's breakup she continued as a solo artist under the name Doro from 1989 onward, becoming a leading figure in heavy metal.
