FAQ — Contributing to KRACH

KRACH runs on the scene. Here is how contributing works:

Who can edit events, bands and venues?

Anyone with a (free) account. Changes by new members get a quick review; after five accepted contributions your edits go live instantly. Every change is listed in the page’s public change log.

How do I add a concert?

Via the + at the top of the events page. While you type we show similar existing entries so nothing gets created twice. New entries are reviewed before publishing.

I am the band / the venue — how do I claim my profile?

Tap “Claim profile” on your profile page: a short message plus an official contact (email or Instagram) as proof. Once verified you edit your profile directly and can create and maintain your own events.

A band was cancelled or replaced?

On the event page: ✎ Edit → mark the band “Cancelled” or pick the replacement. Cancelled acts stay visible struck-through instead of vanishing — ticket holders deserve to find out.

Something on a page is wrong — what do I do?

Either fix it directly (✎ Edit) or hit “Contest” in the change log with an evidence link. We look at every case.

Why was my change rejected or overridden?

Usually the value had changed in the meantime or evidence was missing — check the status under “My contributions”. Human-confirmed data is protected against automatic imports: no scraper overwrites your correction.
