Jessy & The Blue Dogs

The Bluedogs have been a fixture of the blues scene in Thuringia for around 30 years, known for powerful, independent interpretations of blues-rock classics such as Cream and Deep Purple, featuring free-form guitar and Hammond organ improvisation. Since January 2026, the band has performed with South American vocalist Jessy, whose voice is described as a mix of Amy Winehouse and Janis Joplin; the project has since also been billed as "Jessy & The Blue Dogs".
