Marlene Kuntz

Marlene Kuntz are an Italian alternative rock band formed in Cuneo in 1989. Their Sonic Youth-influenced debut album "Catartica" (1994) quickly made them a name in the Italian indie scene. With the album "Che cosa vedi" (2000) and a duet with Skin, the band broke into the Italian mainstream. Their second album, "Il vile" (1996), was ranked by Rolling Stone Italia as one of the 100 best Italian albums of all time.
