MasterPeace - The Bob Dylan Project

MasterPeace – The Bob Dylan Project was launched in 2016 by guitarist Tobias Hillig and singer Steffi Breiting to reinterpret Bob Dylan songs with new arrangements rather than straight covers. Its defining feature is the female lead vocal: Breiting delivers the songs with a powerful, slightly husky soprano. The lineup draws musicians from several countries, including Wolfram Bodag (organ/piano/harp, known from Engerling) and British drummer Jeff Allen; since March 2023 Malcolm Bruce has played bass, succeeding founding member Kuma Harada, who passed away that year. The album 'The Dylan Project', mixed in London, was released in 2023 on the Buschfunk label.
