RATKEN

RATKEN is the project of former Nektar keyboardist Klaus Henatsch, continuing the musical legacy of Nektar and its guitarist Roye Albrighton, who died in 2016. The band combines classic prog rock (influences: Pink Floyd, Yes, early Genesis, Nektar) with powerful metal passages, addressing themes such as environmental crises and social polarization. Alongside Henatsch (keyboards/vocals), the lineup includes Holger Trull (bass, formerly of Lake), Toni Danner (drums), Danny Lattrich (vocals) and Michael Insinger (guitar). Their debut album "Our House" was released on 23 October 2026 via Onstage Records/Broken Silence.
