Ray Cooper

Ray Cooper, also known as "Chopper", is an English singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Sweden. He played for many years with the folk-rock band Oysterband and has worked solo since 2013. His albums on Westpark Music include "Tales of Love, War & Death by Hanging" (2010), "Palace of Tears" (2014), "Land of Heroes" (2021) and "Even for a Shadow" (2024). Live he moves between cello, guitar, harmonica, mandolin and piano. He also tours in a trio with Oysterband's John Jones and Al Scott.
