Anneke Van Giersbergen The Dutch singer-songwriter releases her second EP 'La Mort' on March 27 – and plays a show just across the border days later.
Part 2 of the 'La Vie, La Mort, L'Amour' Trilogy
Following the first EP La Vie (February 2025), here comes part two: La Mort – four songs about loss and farewell. The EP was written after Anneke lost both of her parents within two months. The track 'Sail Towards The Sun' is about saying goodbye to her father, who built his own seaworthy sailboat.

The Gathering Reunion in 2026
Meanwhile, 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of Mandylion. The Gathering played five sold-out reunion shows with Anneke in 2025. More concerts and festival appearances are confirmed for 2026, including Wacken Open Air.
