Resurrected take "Perpetual" live to Viersen

One day after the release of their eighth studio album, Duisburg brutal death metal veterans Resurrected hit the stage at Schattenfest X – Part II at Rock Kultur Werkstatt in Viersen. It fits: the band has been a fixture of the German death metal scene since 1993, and "Perpetual" (out April 24, 2026 via Testimony Records) proves old-school brutality from NRW is going nowhere.

Recorded, mixed and mastered by Jörg Uken at Soundlodge Studio Rhauderfehn, the record stays true to the band's uncompromising riff philosophy – ten tracks from "Unholy Intercession" to the title cut "Perpetual", including a cover of Malevolent Creation's "Infernal Desire". In short: an essential night for anyone who wants German death metal with both history and bite.
