Night In Gales: Limited 7" Single "The Iron Maiden" – and a Hometown Show at Dong Open Air

Night In Gales are among the founding fathers of German melodic death metal. Since 1995, the crew from Voerde on the Lower Rhine have forged their Gothenburg-schooled twin-guitar sound – and now they're digging up their own roots.

On July 10, 2026, Apostasy Records released the 7" single "The Iron Maiden." The A-side is their take on the Iron Maiden classic of the same name, a song the band played live throughout 1995/96. The B-side, "A Spark In The Crimson Eclipse," is one of their very first originals from that same era. Both tracks originally appeared on the 1996 rarity "Razor" – now freshly pressed on black/red "Corona" vinyl with an insert and download code, strictly limited to 300 copies worldwide (and already almost gone).
