A Forest of Stars are an avant-garde black metal collective from Leeds who dress their music in Victorian aesthetics. On albums such as "A Shadowplay for Yesterdays" (2012), "Grave Mounds and Grave Mistakes" (2018) and "Stack Overflow In Corpse Pile Interface" (2026) the band fuses black metal with psychedelic and progressive elements.
