Ahab

Ahab is a German funeral doom metal band formed in 2004, renowned for its glacially slow, crushingly heavy sound and nautical concept albums. Founded by Daniel Droste and Christian Hector, the group builds each record around maritime literature, beginning with their Moby-Dick-inspired debut 'The Call of the Wretched Sea.' Their style is often described as 'nautik doom metal.'
