Alex im Westerland is a four-piece tribute band from Frankfurt am Main dedicated to the music of two German punk rock legends, Die Ärzte and Die Toten Hosen. Since their formation in 2009, the band has established themselves as finalists in Germany's largest cover band contest 'Hessen Rockt' 2012, performing with authentic precision and meticulous attention to detail, including four-part harmonies and faithful guitar solos. The band performs approximately 50-60 paid shows annually across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, drawing from a repertoire of around 50 songs spanning the past 30 years of both bands' catalogs, and is known for their explosive live energy that engages audiences and transforms concerts into high-spirited punk rock celebrations.
