Ancient Methods

Ancient Methods is the project of Berlin-based producer Michael Wollenhaupt, formed in the mid-2000s originally as a duo with Conrad Protzmann and a solo project since 2013. The sound is a raw, heavily swung form of industrial techno with underlying influences from minimal wave, post-punk and 80s EBM. Releases have appeared on his own label as well as Hands Productions and RSB; live shows are rare.
