An Erminig

An Erminig was founded in 1975 in Bonn by Barbara Gerdes and brothers Andreas and Hans-Martin Derow, moving shortly after to the Saar-Lor-Lux region. The group is regarded as Germany's best-known ensemble for Breton music and released its debut album „Breizh“ in 1983. They perform at traditional Breton Fest-noz dance events and major folk festivals such as Rudolstadt, and describe themselves as the „Saar-Bretons“.
