Anti-Nowhere League
Punk
Anti-Nowhere League formed in 1979 in Tunbridge Wells around singer Nick "Animal" Culmer. Their cover of "Streets of London" charted in 1981, its B-side "So What" became an anthem later covered by Metallica, and "We Are… The League" reached no. 24 in 1982. Animal still fronts the band.
