A Split-Second

A Split-Second is a Belgian electronic body music and new beat project founded in 1985 by Marc Heyndrickx (Marc Ickx) as a solo project, with Peter Bonne producing songs on the first demo, "Stained Impressions". After the demo the band signed to Antler Records; the 1986 single "Flesh" is credited with helping start the new beat genre. In late 1988 A Split-Second signed to the US label Wax Trax! Records.
