Bad Temper Joe

Bad Temper Joe, real name Johannes Marius Assmann, is a German singer-songwriter from Bielefeld. He is known as one of Germany's most important blues artists and primarily plays lap steel guitar, harmonica, and electric guitar. In 2020, he was a finalist at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis and won the German Blues Challenge in 2022. His music draws from the blues as well as traditions like country and rock.
