Barney Wewer

Bernd "Barney" Wewer is a musician from the Ahlen area who previously played in the bands The Cockriders, Howling Hedgehogs and BBT (Barneys Boogie Train). With his solo show "TheOneManRock'n'RollShow" he reinterprets songs from the 1950s to 1990s — from Eddie Cochran to the Rolling Stones to Metallica — with his own rockabilly and country twist. He performs regularly at the Schuhfabrik in Ahlen, including its "Originalton" series.
