Bleech 9:3 formed when Irish songwriters and guitarists Barry Quinlan and Sam Duffy connected at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Dublin, bonding over shared experiences of addiction and recovery before relocating to London in 2024 to channel their parallel musical paths into a fresh project. Completed by bassist James Quinlan and drummer Luke O’Neill, the four-piece delivers raw alt-grunge rock infused with influences from grunge icons like Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam alongside modern indie acts such as Fontaines D.C. and Wunderhorse. Renowned as one of the circuit's most in-demand new live acts, they've captivated audiences with sold-out headline shows, electrifying residencies like London's Blue Basement, and high-energy supports for bands including Keo and Shame, rapidly building a word-of-mouth following through their intense performances and early press acclaim.
