Buzzcocks

Buzzcocks were an English punk rock band formed in Bolton, England in 1976. They are known as a seminal influence on the Manchester music scene, the independent record label movement, and later punk rock. The band achieved commercial success and critical acclaim with their singles. They blended punk energy with melodic pop sensibilities. Their songs often explored themes of love, alienation, and modern life with a blend of cynicism and humor. The band broke up in 1981, but reformed in 1989 and continued to record and tour.
