Cassia

Cassia is a three-piece band from Macclesfield, England, made up of Rob Ellis (vocals, guitar), Lou Cotterill (bass, vocals) and Jacob Leff (drums, vocals). The band blends indie pop with influences from Afrobeat, calypso and folk, and released their debut album 'Replica' via Distiller Records in 2019. The band's name derives from the cassia wood of a djembe drum that shaped their sound.
