CAVA

CAVA is a Berlin punk duo made up of Peppi Ahrens (guitar, vocals) and Mela Schulz (drums, vocals), making music together since 2020. The band combines raw, under-two-minute songs with distorted guitar riffs and piercing feedback, blending personal narratives with political themes such as power structures and patriarchal systems. CAVA received a development grant from Musicboard Berlin in 2022 for their debut album and released their second album 'Powertrip' via Buback in 2024.
