Das Lumpenpack was founded in 2012 by Max Kennel and Jonas Frömming, both of whom made their name on the German Poetry Slam circuit. Originally a duo, the band expanded to a five-piece lineup in 2020, blending comedic and satirical songwriting with punk rock.
