De Kift

De Kift is a Dutch musical ensemble founded in 1988 by Ferry Heijne together with former punk collaborators in the Zaanstreek region. The band combines fanfare music with rock and punk influences and, since 1993, has mainly set literary texts to music in their own language. De Kift received the Zilveren Harp award in 2001; their album "Niemandsland" was released in 2024.
