De Mis

De Mis is a post-punk band from Nijmegen, Netherlands, with singer/keyboardist Veerle Cornelissen, drummer Sjoerd Baas, bassist Sil Vermeeren, and guitarists Boudewijn Noordhuis and Luuk Winkelmolen. The band plays raw, manic, razor-sharp Dutch-language (post-)punk addressing socially conscious themes like safety, anti-militarism, and inclusivity. In 2026 De Mis won both the jury and audience prizes at De Roos van Nijmegen, and the main prize plus social impact award at the 035 Popprijs.
