Die Goldenen Zitronen

Die Goldenen Zitronen are a punk band formed in Hamburg in 1984, considered a forerunner of the "Hamburger Schule" movement and known for their left-wing political stance. Of the original members, Schorsch Kamerun (vocals) and Ted Gaier (bass/guitar) remain. Their 2006 album "Lenin" was ranked among the year's best releases by Spex magazine, and 2019's "More Than a Feeling" was named NDR Album of the Week.
