Die Quietschboys are a rock band from Frankfurt-Sossenheim, formed in 1988 and named after the puppet band from "Hallo Spencer". With "Rockmusigg uff hessisch" – Hessian-dialect versions of rock classics plus their own songs – they played Rock am Ring and Rock im Park in 2000; their albums include "Schee versaut" (1998), "Sossenheim" (2005) and "Bier für ne Mark" (2016).
