Dire Straits Legacy

Dire Straits Legacy was founded by Italian guitarist and singer Marco Caviglia and has toured since 2013 (previously as "Dire Straits Legends"). The band brings together several former Dire Straits musicians, including keyboardist Alan Clark, guitarist Phil Palmer, drummer Danny Cummings and saxophonist Mel Collins, all of whom recorded and toured with Mark Knopfler. It is regarded as the only live continuation of Dire Straits' music performed with the support of the Knopfler brothers.
