Duo Coincidence

Duo Coincidence is an acoustic guitar duo from Rees on the Lower Rhine, formed by Johnny Murkovic and Gerold Beirer, performing together since 1999. They play handmade cover versions spanning Irish folk, rock, country and blues, including songs by The Beatles, Eric Clapton, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Robert Johnson and Johnny Cash, as well as Irish traditional songs. The band's name references the coincidence that brought the two musicians together. They mainly perform across North Rhine-Westphalia.
