Evgeny Khavtan

Evgeny Khavtan (born 1961 in Moscow) is a guitarist, singer and composer who founded the Russian band Bravo in 1983 and has been its only constant member and principal songwriter for most of its songs. With Bravo he sold millions of records and became a key figure of the Soviet new-wave scene of the 1980s. Since 2018 he has also led the Los Havtanos project, exploring Latin and flamenco influences.
