False Lefty

False Lefty is a minimalist duo from Cologne moving between alternative rock, indie and post-punk. Veva (drums, from Austria) and Tom (guitar, from the UK) deliberately strip their sound to the essentials: three drums and a three-string guitar. The result swings from fragile intimacy to driving, rhythmic force. The band positions itself within a new era of punk culture built on a clear stance and a working-class ethos — more solidarity, less us-versus-them.
