Güner Künier

Güner Künier is a Berlin-based musician who spent her early childhood in İzmir before her family moved to Flensburg in northern Germany, where she grew up and started playing guitar as a teenager. Her music mixes post-punk, riot grrrl and krautrock with synthpunk and dreampop influences, drawing on acts like Sonic Youth, Meat Puppets and Hole as well as Turkish Anadolu rock.
