H2O

H2O is a hardcore punk band from New York City, formed in 1994 by singer Toby Morse and guitarist Rusty Pistachio on the Lower East Side. Widely credited with helping define melodic hardcore, the band fuses the raw force of New York hardcore with the catchy punk melodies of acts like the Descendents. Known for positive, straight-edge-influenced lyrics about friendship, loyalty and perseverance, H2O released albums including "Thicker Than Water", "Go" and "Nothing to Prove". Anthemic gang vocals and a relentless live energy made them a fixture of the international hardcore scene.
