John Leon & Escalation is a German indie rock band around frontman John Leon, with a sound rooted deeply in 1970s rock. The TV show "Dein Song" gave the band a springboard from The BossHoss including a joint single; in 2025 they released the single "Leader of a Rock'n'Roll Band".
