JUNIMOND

JUNIMOND is a spin-off of the Thuringian cult band Kirsche & Co. from Erfurt, formed in 1996 shortly after Rio Reiser's death out of originally time-limited memorial concerts. The band performs Rio Reiser's solo work as well as Ton Steine Scherben songs. Frontman Kirsche is a longtime Rio Reiser fan whose voice closely resembles Reiser's. Their traditional year-end concert takes place annually in December at the Museumskeller (HsD) in Erfurt.
