JUNOKILL

JUNOKILL is a band from Hamburg that emerged in late summer 2018 from the predecessor band Maloun (founded 2016). The band describes its own style as "Astropunk", combining crisp vocal melodies with synth and guitar layers, angular beats, and a queer-feminist perspective. Their debut album "Astropunk" was released in 2021 via Pussy Empire Recordings, recorded at Clouds Hill Studio Hamburg; a follow-up album, "Mimicry", followed in 2025.
