Kupfergold is a German folk-rock band from Cologne, founded in 2018, fusing medieval folk, party music and anarchic humour into a self-styled "Assi-Folk". Starting out as an acoustic medieval folk act, they grew into modern folk-rock with electric guitars and drums. Their 2019 album "Koboldkeile" was followed by "Fasan Alarm" in 2025, which entered the German album charts.
