Life Of Agony

Life of Agony is an alternative metal band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 1989. The band's original lineup included vocalist Keith Caputo, guitarist Joey Z, and bassist Alan Robert, with Type O Negative's Sal Abruscato on drums for their first two albums. After a brief hiatus, Life of Agony reformed in 2003 with a new drummer.
