Los Sara Fontán

Los Sara Fontán is a Spanish duo from Barcelona formed by violinist Sara Fontán and percussionist Edi Pou (also of ZA!). Since 2017 they have processed violin, drums and electronics both analogue and digitally into intense, physical live soundscapes. They long avoided studio albums by principle, instead playing over a hundred concerts at festivals such as Eurosonic, Haldern Pop and Fusion, touring Germany, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal and France. In late 2022 they released the album "Queda Pendiente", following the earlier "Consuelo".
