Maia and the Squires

Maia and the Squires is an international band formed in Berlin in 2024, with members from Argentina, Vietnam, France, Germany and Poland. Their sound balances dreamy and abrasive elements, drawing on 90s alternative, shoegaze, indie rock and grunge, with influences including My Bloody Valentine, Mitski, Wolf Alice and Smashing Pumpkins. In May 2026 the band released their debut EP "Sinking Into The Ocean".
