Mallet is a German rock band founded in 1979 in Wiesbaden as a student band. The band plays numerous concerts annually in Germany and abroad and is known for its rock ballet "Rock around Barock," which was performed at the Staatstheater Wiesbaden, among other venues. Their repertoire consists of original songs as well as classic rock covers.
