MARCO SCHMEDTJE

Marco Schmedtje is a guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer from Schleswig-Holstein, based in Hamburg. Since 2001, he has maintained a close musical partnership with Jan Plewka (frontman of Selig), co-founding the band Zinoba in 2003. His solo album "Schöne Geister" was released in 2013. Together with Plewka, he developed the concert programs "Between the Bars" (Ton Steine Scherben/Rio Reiser covers) and "Between the Lights". He also works as a studio musician and performs at theaters including Hamburg's Schauspielhaus.
