Martyr

Martyr is a heavy and power metal band from Utrecht in the Netherlands, formed in 1982. Rooted in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, the band pairs fast, melodic riffing with soaring vocals and a technically accomplished attack. With early cult-classic albums such as "For the Universe" and "Darkness at Time's Edge", Martyr remains one of the defining names in Dutch metal.
